Cacao Crystal Bowl & Light Language Soundbath
Join us for a mesmerizing and rejuvenating experience at Caythorpe Village Hall. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and the enchanting power of Light Language.
During this in-person event, you will be transported to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. The gentle vibrations of the crystal bowls will harmonize your body and mind, while the mystical Light Language will awaken your spirit.
The Cacao Ceremony will be at the beginning of the soundbath, where you will be given a cup of ceremonial-grade cacao to drink. The cacao enables you to open up your heart chakra and fully embrace the healing sounds and frequencies, enabling a deeply immersive and connected experience.
Allow yourself to be carried away by the ethereal melodies and let go of any stress or tension. The healing frequencies of the crystal bowls and the sacred sounds of Light Language will help you release negative energy and promote balance and well-being.
No previous experience is necessary. Just bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillows, (a hot water bottle)an open heart, and a willingness to receive the healing vibrations. Comfortable clothing is recommended to enhance your relaxation. Optional free refreshments after the sound bath are included in the given timings.

Opening: Receiving Mother Cacao
We gently open the space together, grounding our energy and setting intentions. With gratitude, we welcome the loving spirit of Mother Cacao, allowing her medicine to soften and open our hearts. Through the collective chant of Om, we harmonize our energy, followed by a guided meditation to deepen our connection — to cacao, to ourselves, and to the present moment.

Shamanic Drumming & Gong
We transition into shamanic drumming, allowing the steady heartbeat of the drum to ground and anchor our intentions for the sound bath ahead. The rhythm connects us to our own inner pulse, gently opening the heart chakra and deepening awareness. As the gong joins, its expansive, resonant waves move through the body and energy field, clearing stagnant energy and creating space for transformation. Together, drum and gong awaken our ancestral connection to Mother Earth, rooting us deeply into the present moment. From this grounded and open space, we begin our sound bath journey.

We then journey into the healing frequencies of the 7 chakra crystal singing bowls, accompanied by intuitive light language vocals. The vibrational tones gently cleanse, balance, and align your energy centers.
