IHSCM Women in Leadership Development Programme
This series will run throughout 2026, with additional event dates being introduced over the course of the year.
We are excited to bring you a new Women in Leadership Development Programme for 2026 through a series of INTERACTIVE online workshops held in Microsoft Teams:
- Adaptive Leadership in Challenging Times - 22nd January: Ended
- Building Personal Resilience - 12th February: Ended
- Navigating Difficult Conversations: Postponed - New Date To Be Announced
- Inclusive Leadership Practices: Tickets On Sale
- Leading Through Challenging Times: Tickets On Sale
- Creating a Culture of Wellbeing: Tickets On Sale
- Understanding Bias and Its Impact: Coming Soon
- Personal Wellbeing and Work-Life Balance: Coming Soon
These workshops will feature guest speakers and are designed to be interactive; you will be asked to participate for example by completing polls, joining group discussions / activities, asking questions etc. More details on individual workshops can be found in the agenda below.
You will need to register for each of the events you wish to attend separately - click on 'check availability' and choose the relevant date from those currently on sale.
IHSCM Members can attain 2 High Performance Leadership Framework points for each session attended https://ihm.org.uk/hpl-dashboard/

Inclusive Leadership Practices
This workshop is designed to be a practical, hands‑on workshop to strengthen inclusive leadership, reduce bias, and build equitable team cultures. Over a highly interactive 90‑minute session, you'll see policies and practices through an inclusion lens, participate in practical exercises using real‑world inclusive leadership scenarios, be introduced to action‑planning activities to help you embed changes immediately, and hear best‑practice insights drawn from Nicki Bramford’s leadership and HR experience.
