Overview

This month, we explore the incredible past of Shibden Hall, one of Calderdale’s most iconic historic buildings.

Join us for our February Unmasked Memory Café, where we’ll be exploring the rich and varied history of Shibden Hall, Calderdale’s Grade II* listed jewel dating back to 1420/1.

This welcoming and relaxed session will take you on a journey through over 600 years of stories, including:

  • The intense disputes between the Oates and Savile families in the late 15th Century
