Throat Chakra Healing: Awaken, Express, and Embrace Your Authentic Voice with Sound, Meditation, and BreathworkThis monthly chakra healing workshop offers a steady, supportive space to slow down, tune in, and strengthen your relationship with self-expression. Each month we explore a different chakra, allowing time between sessions for reflection, integration, and real-life application. This session focuses on the Throat Chakra—the center of communication, honesty, and authentic expression.  This workshop can be attended as a standalone experience or as part of the ongoing monthly chakra series.The Throat Chakra relates to how you communicate, listen, and speak up for yourself. When it is balanced, you’re able to express your thoughts and feelings clearly, set healthy boundaries, and share your perspective with confidence. This workshop supports you in reconnecting with your natural voice and communicating from a place that feels aligned and grounded.Through guided meditation, gentle breathwork, and sound healing, you’ll bring awareness to patterns that may affect how you communicate—such as holding back, overexplaining, second-guessing yourself, or staying silent when something matters. Sound and vibration are used to support relaxation, release built-up tension, and encourage a more natural flow of expression.You’ll be guided to set a personal intention connected to clarity, honesty, or self-trust in communication. The session closes with a calming sound healing journey, offering space for integration and nervous system regulation.Join us for a restorative session to cultivate clarity, confidence, and ease in self-expression through sound, breath, and meditation.What to Bring: Everything you need for comfort will be provided, including yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows. You’re welcome to bring a water bottle and journal if you’d like to reflect or take notes after the session. Wear warm, comfortable and cozy clothing and socks. You will begin seated and transition to lying down for the sound healing portion.
