And it definitely doesn’t take itself too seriously.Disco is the original ecstatic dance music: infectious grooves, open hearts, sweaty smiles and pure embodied pleasure. Music designed to lift you, loosen you, and remind you that dancing can be simple, human, and wildly fun.We’re warning you now: This night might change your life!! xxCome and dance to open up, shake off city stress, move with more lightness and joy, and reconnect with your natural creativity. Expect disco and funk-infused electronic grooves that invite you out of your head and straight into your body, heart &amp; soul!This is a space to dance freely, laugh, release, and make new friends without the pressure of “doing it right.” No mirrors. No phones. No substances. Just music, movement, and connection.To deepen the journey, we’ll share delicious ceremonial-grade cacao, with a short, heart-opening cacao ceremony and guided meditation facilitated by Seth: helping us drop into our bodies, open our hearts, and set a positive intention for the night ahead.No dance experience needed. <h3>✨ The Journey</h3>We begin by arriving in the body, with an optional Kundalini Meditation (5:50–7:00pm) for those who want to drop in early. From there, the Ecstatic Disco journey unfolds:A guided movement warm-up → our heart-opening cacao ceremony &amp; connection ritual → a slow build into a euphoric, high-energy dance peak → softening into spacious, grounded integration → closing together with a gentle landing and fruit social.The music moves across electronic, disco-infused, funk-rich soundscapes, designed to take you out of your head and into your body: with live percussion woven in at key moments to ignite rhythm and release.<h3>✨ What to Expect</h3>🎶 Uplifting, immersive electronic &amp; disco-inspired ecstatic dance journey 🥁 Live percussion to deepen rhythm and embodiment 🍫 Cacao ceremony &amp; intention-setting to open the night 🔊 High-quality sound in a stunning, atmospheric venue 💃 A safe, playful, non-verbal space to dance freely, express, release &amp; connect 🍉 Complimentary fruit social to ground and reconnect after the journey 💫 A Saturday night out that leaves you energised, not depleted

<h3>5:50pm-7pm - Kundalini Meditation</h3>Stress Release • Active Meditation • Ecstatic MovementStep into the evening with a practice designed to help your whole system unwind. These sessions guide you back to your natural, relaxed state through a simple, powerful active meditation!Join for Kundalini Meditation (5:50–7pm) and, if you wish, stay on for Ecstatic Dance &amp; Cacao + Wellness space (7:15–10pm), all held in the warm glow of our stunning Grade II listed venue in Maida Vale.<h2>WHAT IS KUNDALINI MEDITATION? | 5:50–7pm</h2>Kundalini Meditation is often described as a “shake-and-dance” meditation, an embodied practice that helps release stress, soften mental noise, and reconnect you to grounded presence.Rather than trying to force relaxation, we begin by letting the body move in the ways it naturally wants to: shaking, dancing, stillness, and rest. This supports the nervous system to discharge excess activation and settle more easily into calm.<h3>The 4 Stages (60 minutes total)</h3>Stage 1 Shaking (15 mins) Standing with soft knees, you’ll be guided to allow natural shaking/tremoring. This helps loosen tension, wake up energy, and clear stress from the body.Stage 2 Dancing (15 mins) Music opens into free movement. No steps to follow — simply let the body lead, expressing whatever wants to move.Stage 3 Stillness (15 mins) You pause and become completely still (standing or sitting). This is where the nervous system can integrate and the mind naturally quietens.Stage 4 Rest (15 mins) You lie down and rest. This final stage supports deep integration — letting the practice land in the body.<h3>What you’ll get from the practice</h3><ul><li>Release built-up tension in the body</li><li>Soothe and regulate the nervous system</li><li>Shift from “head” into embodied presence</li><li>A clearer, calmer baseline — often felt immediately, and strengthened over time</li></ul>Shaking, rocking, vibration and spontaneous movement are natural human responses to stress, overwhelm, and even ecstatic states. Variations of these practices appear across many cultures and traditions — a reminder that the body has always known how to come back to balance.Come shake it off. Move it through. Rest into yourself.

The access is from Braden street, where access is via small temporary ramp. Access from the front is via 5 steps with a handrail.
