The Journey: A full ecstatic dance soundwave guided by a live DJ set, with light facilitation to support flow and presence. Integration: The dance typically closes with a deep relaxation to land the experience.Late arrivals disrupt the shared container. <h3>5:50pm-7pm - Kundalini Meditation</h3>Stress Release • Active Meditation • Ecstatic MovementStep into the evening with a practice designed to help your whole system unwind. These sessions guide you back to your natural, relaxed state through a simple, powerful active meditation!Join for Kundalini Meditation (5:50–7pm) and, if you wish, stay on for Ecstatic Dance &amp; Cacao + Wellness space (7:15–10pm), all held in the warm glow of our stunning Grade II listed venue in Maida Vale.<h2>WHAT IS KUNDALINI MEDITATION? | 5:50–7pm</h2>Kundalini Meditation is often described as a “shake-and-dance” meditation, an embodied practice that helps release stress, soften mental noise, and reconnect you to grounded presence.Rather than trying to force relaxation, we begin by letting the body move in the ways it naturally wants to: shaking, dancing, stillness, and rest. This supports the nervous system to discharge excess activation and settle more easily into calm.<h3>The 4 Stages (60 minutes total)</h3>Stage 1 Shaking (15 mins) Standing with soft knees, you’ll be guided to allow natural shaking/tremoring. This helps loosen tension, wake up energy, and clear stress from the body.Stage 2 Dancing (15 mins) Music opens into free movement. No steps to follow — simply let the body lead, expressing whatever wants to move.Stage 3 Stillness (15 mins) You pause and become completely still (standing or sitting). This is where the nervous system can integrate and the mind naturally quietens.Stage 4 Rest (15 mins) You lie down and rest. This final stage supports deep integration — letting the practice land in the body.<h3>What you’ll get from the practice</h3><ul><li>Release built-up tension in the body</li><li>Soothe and regulate the nervous system</li><li>Shift from “head” into embodied presence</li><li>A clearer, calmer baseline — often felt immediately, and strengthened over time</li></ul>Shaking, rocking, vibration and spontaneous movement are natural human responses to stress, overwhelm, and even ecstatic states. Variations of these practices appear across many cultures and traditions — a reminder that the body has always known how to come back to balance.Come shake it off. Move it through.
