What should I bring with me?

Please bring a water bottle and wear warm, comfortable clothing, including boots or sturdy shoes for walking across the animal fields. You may like to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, small pillow or cushion, and eye mask/pillow, however these will also be provided.

Is the event suitable for everyone?

Accepted Answer

This event is not suitable for anyone in their first trimester of pregnancy, or those with sound induced epilepsy, unmanaged bipolar or psychosis. Participants should not attend if they are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes there is limited free parking space at the venue. We will be a small group but perhaps you might consider car sharing if you're attending with friends
