Car parking is available at King George's Playing Fields - £2.50 for 2 hours, £3.50 for 3 hours.

Yes, there will be a time for a hot drink and cake or biscuit if you would like one.

Are you qualified to teach art, mindfulness and wellbeing?

Our facilitators are qualified, experienced teachers. Lindsay is a qualified mindfulness teacher with the organisation Mindfulness Now and runs mindfulness taster workshops and courses. Sue and Deb have taught art in many local venues for many years. Julie and Lindsay are qualified counsellors.
