The Power of Collaboration NI Advanced Manufacturing Supercluster Workshops
In-person workshops bringing NI manufacturing and engineering firms together to collaborate on an Advanced Manufacturing Supercluster.
The Power of Collaboration, NI Advanced Manufacturing Supercluster Workshops bring together manufacturing and engineering businesses from across Northern Ireland to explore the opportunity to develop an Advanced Manufacturing Supercluster for NI. 🌍
Supported by Invest NI through the Cluster Acceleration Programme, these in-person sessions are designed to help industry better understand what a supercluster is, how it works in practice, and how collaboration at scale can strengthen competitiveness, innovation and market access.
Participants will be guided through:
· What manufacturing superclusters are and how leading international models operate
· How large-scale collaboration can unlock productivity, innovation and export opportunities
· What a potential NI Advanced Manufacturing Supercluster could look like – vision, structure and priorities
· How businesses can engage, influence and benefit from future supercluster activity
Delivery Hosts
The workshops are hosted by the Supercluster Delivery Team, including:
Mark Nodder, Joint CEO, Makers Alliance
Mary Meehan, Director, Meehan Associates
Both bring extensive experience in cluster development, industry collaboration and building internationally competitive manufacturing ecosystems.

· Manufacturing and engineering business leaders
· SMEs and large manufacturers
· Cluster members and partners
· Organisations interested in innovation, skills, supply chains and international growth
