In-person workshop in North West Regional College, Derry, bringing NI manufacturing and engineering firms together to collaborate on an Advanced Manufacturing Supercluster.

The Power of Collaboration workshops bring together manufacturing and engineering businesses from across Northern Ireland to explore the opportunity to develop an Advanced Manufacturing Supercluster for NI.

Supported by Invest NI through the Cluster Acceleration Programme, these in-person sessions are designed to help industry better understand what a supercluster is, how it works in practice, and how collaboration at scale can strengthen competitiveness, innovation and market access.

Participants will be guided through:

· What manufacturing superclusters are and how leading international models operate

· How large-scale collaboration can unlock productivity, innovation and export opportunities

· What a potential NI Advanced Manufacturing Supercluster could look like – vision, structure and priorities

· How businesses can engage, influence and benefit from future supercluster activity

Who should attend?

· Manufacturing and engineering business leaders

· SMEs and large manufacturers

· Cluster members and partners

· Organisations interested in innovation, skills, supply chains and international growth

Why attend?

Northern Ireland has strong, regionally based manufacturing clusters. These workshops will explore how deeper collaboration between clusters could create a single, connected supercluster that delivers greater impact locally and internationally.

Attendees will leave with:

· A clearer understanding of the supercluster opportunity for NI

· Insight into how collaboration can support growth, innovation and resilience

· The chance to help shape the next phase of NI’s advanced manufacturing ecosystem

Places are limited and registration is required.
