Tabather is a mother, Kundalini Yoga & Meditation teacher and shiatsu practitioner who completed the Mother Nature facilitators training in Italy 2019. She believes strongly in the mission of the Mother Nature Project and the empowering effects this journey gifts. Together, through the powerful modalities of creativity and Nature a new emerging, mother culture is being built, one that utilizes the strength of community and a deep respect for Mother Earth. She regularly teaches wellbeing classes, workshops and retreats. Her intention is to build community, whilst caring for the more than human world, sharing an embodied practice with a healthy dose of functional philosophy.

Opening with a gentle 25g dose of ceremonial cacao, be guided in meditation, breath work, playful movement and mantra before lying down to bathe in the sounds of shruti, bowls and Gong. We will always attune to the energy of the day. Including a 2 for 1 offer (£30 for 2 tickets) to make it more accessible to lower incomes if you come with a friend. If you would prefer not to have cacao, please let me know when booking so I can prepare you something else instead.Cacao is organic, ceremonial grade and ethically sourced.
