Superpowered: Leveraging Your Neurodivergent Strengths

Superpowered: Leveraging Your Neurodivergent Strengths

Online event
Overview

Recognise your neurodivergent strengths and explore practical ways to use them at work without ignoring your support needs.

For years, many neurodivergent adults get measured by what they struggle with — organisation, social rules, sensory overwhelm, “motivation”. But neurodivergence can also come with real strengths: creativity, deep focus, pattern spotting, originality, empathy, persistence, systems thinking, rapid learning, big-picture insight.

The catch? Strengths aren’t “always on”. They show up under the right conditions.

This webinar helps you flip the script in a practical way: identify strengths, design the conditions, and use them deliberately — without the toxic “superpower” pressure.

We’ll cover

  • The difference between strengths-based and toxic positivity
  • Common neurodivergent strengths (and how they show up differently in different people)
  • Your “strength conditions”: what your brain needs to do its best work
  • How to reduce friction: blockers that hide strengths (overload, unclear tasks, context switching)
  • Translating strengths into workplace language (CV, interviews, performance conversations)
  • Building a personal “operating manual”: strengths, needs, triggers, supports
  • Making strengths sustainable: energy management and avoiding boom–bust cycles

Who it’s for

  • Neurodivergent adults (autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, dyspraxic, AuDHD, etc.)
  • Working adults wanting more confidence and clarity about what they offer
  • Newly/late diagnosed or self-identified adults rebuilding identity and direction(Not career coaching for a specific role — but highly useful for career positioning.)

What you’ll leave with

  • A simple strengths mapping worksheet (no fluff)
  • Your “conditions for success” checklist
  • A strengths-to-language translation guide (how to describe yourself clearly)
  • A mini action plan for the next month: where to lean in, what to change
  • Q&A to apply it to your career/life context
