Rights & Entitlements for Homeless EU migrants

A training for those working with migrants experiencing homelessness who are EU or EEA citizens or third country nationals who have been granted status under the EU Settlement Scheme.

The training will include:

• Pre-settled status, the Habitual Residence Test & Right to Reside
• Qualified persons, derived and retained status
• The AT case
• From pre-settlement to settlement

This training is funded by the GLA and is therefore only available to those working in the Greater London area.
