In the old scheme (and on the membership system), this covers the following modules - Administration (module 11), Growing the Section (module 13), and International (module 19)

Moving On, Moving Up, first steps in retention of young people. What else and how can you encourage others to join? And don't forget the adults, how to get them involved and stay in scouting. Growth is important, learn why and the tools you can use to support it.

How do you bring a global programme alive in your hut? Learn how to incorporate international events and what opportunties there are for young people beyond your section.

On the day

• Check out how to find the building and where to park.
• Aim to arrive 15 minutes early to give yourself time to register and have a drink and start to get to know everyone.
• Hot drinks will be available.
• Please bring a packed lunch.
