With a focus on resetting and feeling strong, you'll explore gentle stretches and stability work designed to support your running. This session is all about slowing things down, improving your balance, and creating strength through controlled movement.
Led by lululemon Ambassador Mai Izumitani, this is your time to reset, recover, and reflect on all the hard training you’ve ticked off so far.
Plus, you’ll get to connect with fellow runners over Ozone coffee and breakfast bowls.

Session 1
9am — Arrival, check-in, and bag drop.
9.25am — Stretch & Stability session with Mai (45 mins).
10.10am — Stretch & Stability session finishes. Bag collection.
10.15am - 11.00am — Post movement coffee, recovery, and group connect.
Session 2
11.10am — Arrival, check-in, and bag drop.
11.35am — Stretch & Stability session with Mai (45 mins).
12.20pm — Stretch & Stability session finishes. Bag collection.
12.25pm - 1.10pm — Post movement coffee, recovery, and group connect.
Things to note:
- Doors open at 9am. Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your session begins.
- Bag drop will be available but please limit valuables and large items.
- If you’ve already got a session in your plan that week, you can reschedule it using the Training Calendar feature in your Runna app. To move your Recovery Day to March 21, head to the Plan tab and click the Calendar Icon in the top right corner.
