Gong Sound Bath
Soak in the relaxing, sonorous sounds of large gongs, singing bowls & soft percussion to soothe away tensions of the day and calm the mind.
Led by Cathy Eastburn, Sound Therapist & Gong Player. Wear warm, comfy clothes to lie down or sit to bathe in sonorous sound.
· Wear warm, comfy clothes to lie down or sit to bathe in sonorous sound.
· You may like to bring something to cover your eyes (to screen from ceiling lights).
· Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on.
· We have a limited number of yoga mats & cushions available.
· Shoe Lane Library floor is carpeted.
