Miscarriage and Fertility at Work is a practical, compassionate training series designed to help organisations better support employees affected by pregnancy loss, fertility challenges, and childlessness. Through informative, interactive sessions

Pregnancy loss can be a deeply distressing, traumatic and challenging experience, with far-reaching effects on working life. Within this sensitive, informative and interactive session, delegates willexplore practical, informal ways to support colleagues who have been affected. We cover how to communicate sensitively, the value of peer support groups, how to continue to raise awareness beyond Baby Loss Awareness Week and more. Delegates will also be introduced to our new ambassador training programme: ‘Miscarriage Mentors’, with guidance on how to get involved and become a mentor themselves.
