Understanding Mental Health After Pregnancy Loss

Understanding Mental Health After Pregnancy Loss

Online event
Thursday, May 7 from 12 pm to 1 pm GMT+1
Overview

An evidence-informed session exploring the mental health impact of pregnancy loss and how workplaces can offer better support.

Pregnancy loss can have profound and lasting psychological implications, with some experiencing clinically recognised mental health illnesses, such as anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Despite the prevalence of these issues, women are often undiagnosed and struggle to access adequate support. This session provides delegates with the opportunity to examine current research into the mental health impact of pregnancy loss and identify ways to better support colleagues experiencing these challenges at work.
