Making Sense of Transition to Secondary School

This workshop will help parents and carers support their child with SEND say goodbye to primary school and prepare for secondary school. Looking at practical preparations and resources to use with your child. We will also explore feelings around transition - making new friends, anxieties or worries your child may be experiencing, and where to get further support if needed.

Please note this workshop is funded by Reaching Families for parents and carers of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities in West Sussex only. It is not suitable for professionals.
