Overview

Come celebrate the KEP25 Anniversary with us—good vibes, great people, and unforgettable memories!

Join Us for the KEP25 Anniversary Celebration!

As the current King Edward Point research station turns 25 years old this year, we wanted to celebrate this special occasion with the people who have lived and worked there over the years, and who have all contributed to the ongoing legacy of this unique place.

With a series of light-hearted talks on all aspects of the history of the base and the work done there, along with an update on what's happening now, future plans, and an opportunity to talk to the current team on station, we hope to share memories and reconnect with old friends... there may even be cake! Afterwards, we will adjourn to The Castle Inn to continue conversations into the evening.

For those that can't make it in person, we will be live streaming the afternoon session from BAS so you can still be a part of the celebrations. If you register as an online participant, a link will be emailed to you prior to the event.
