Is there parking onsite?

Yes, there is onsite parking at the venue. Please note that parking may be on grass.

Are Children welcome?

Absolutely! Please feel free to bring along as many friends and family you wish to share your wedding planning journey with! We do ask though that all children are accompanied at all times during the fayre.

Most of our venues are dog friendly and you are more than welcome to bring well-behaved dogs along. Dogs must be kept on the lead and be cleaned up after. If the venue is not dog friendly, this will be advertised on our website.

Are your fayres indoors?

The main part of our fayres will always be indoors or in a covered marquee but there will also always be outside areas for wedding cars, food trucks, bar companies etc so please do dress for the weather and wear appropriate foot wear, especially at barn and woodland wedding venues.

Can I get a refund if I can't make it anymore?

We accept refund requests up to 7 days before the event. Please request them through Eventbrite, our ticketing platform. Please note that we are unable to refund Eventbrite fees that are automatically taken by Eventbrite when you book your tickets.

All our fayres are also doggy friendly so bring your pups along too for the wedding planning fun (because let's face it, it's all about them really!) We always have water bowls and a few treats for them too!

Quiet Hour

We get it, wedding fairs can be overwhelming. That’s why we’ve introduced Quirky Quiet Hour (2pm-3pm) - a dedicated, low-sensory time for those who prefer a calmer browsing experience. Expect no loud music, no harsh lights, limited crowds, and a no-pressure atmosphere. Exhibitors will only chat if you want to!

Accessibility Information

This venue is fully accessible but if you wish to see the whole site, please note that it is very spread out (86 acres). A golf buggy is available if you wish to do this. On the day, the fayre will be in the barn and the marquee. About our chosen Charity - The Food Museum

The Food Museum is the UK’s only museum dedicated to food. Our mission is to connect people with where their food comes from and the impact of our choices on the environment, society, health and wellbeing: past, present and future.

Our values are that we are relevant, challenging and sustainable.

We care for over 40,000 objects, including 17 historic buildings set in 84 acres of countryside. The museum is a charity supporting the community and we undertake a wide range of projects, programmes and enterprises alongside operating a visitor attraction.

We have adopted a 7-year vision to grow our audiences and profile, through programmes, partnerships, capital projects and enterprise.

50% of all ticket sales will go straight to The Food Museum.
