Monday–Friday | 9:00am – 2:00pm - Independent Study & Assignments:
Monday–Friday | 2:00pm – 5:00pm
Live sessions include lectures, discussion, guided practices, and teaching demonstrations. Afternoon hours are reserved for reflection, set assignments, and integration to support embodied learning without overwhelm.
