Training Format & Schedule

This training is taught live online, allowing you to learn in real time while joining from anywhere in the world.

  • Live Training Sessions:
    Monday–Friday | 9:00am – 2:00pm
  • Independent Study & Assignments:
    Monday–Friday | 2:00pm – 5:00pm

Live sessions include lectures, discussion, guided practices, and teaching demonstrations. Afternoon hours are reserved for reflection, set assignments, and integration to support embodied learning without overwhelm.
