This training is for anyone supporting people in Leeds . It's about how you can support people with learning disabilities when someone dies.

The training was written with a group of people with learning difficulties.

The training covers –

• How to have difficult conversations

• Some of the difficulties people with learning difficulties have understanding death

• The importance of ritual and tradition when processing grief.

• How to include people when someone has died

• Where to get support

This training is free but it is only for people supporting people with learning disabilities in Leeds.
