1st Response 6hr F2F Training - Sat 18 April 2026 - Chesterfield Guide HQ

For volunteers that require Module 1, 2 & 3 - F2F training

Trainees must complete e - learning First Aid on the Learning platform prior to the course.

16 to 18-year-olds - Must bring a signed consent form as well as an adjustment form if they have a condition. This includes Young Leaders, DofE volunteers and Rangers. (No under 16 year olds)

A maximum of two volunteers from the same unit may attend any one 1st Response course. (Please bear in mind, however, that it is helpful if your 1st Response does not all run out at the same time! It may be better to attend courses at different times.)

Modules 1, 2 & 3 - 9.15am start and aim to finish at 16:15pm

Participants will need the following and any PPE you may feel you require:

• Pen and notepad

• A blanket- optional

• A packed lunch

• Drinks will be provided

Please wear uniform if you have it (trousers/jeans or similar as you will need to work close to the floor at times).

The cost to attend is £6.00 per person which can be claimed as a unit expense.

Once you have booked you will receive an email confirmation.

Please notify the county office via email - office@girlguidingderbyshire.org if you should need to cancel as there is often a waiting list for these courses and someone else can be offered your place, if you cancel your £6.00 deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to fill your place.
