This reflective event brings together three artist-writers to present and discuss a single small press publication from their university library which has informed and influenced their practice. Browning (Edinburgh College of Art), Fusco (University of Dundee) and Tripp (Glasgow School of Art) share an interest in expanded forms of reading, writing and speaking, and how such writing behaves in the public.<h4>Contributors:</h4><a href="https://www.judebrowning.com" title="https://www.judebrowning.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Dr Jude Browning</a> is a Teaching Fellow in Contemporary Art Theory at Edinburgh College of Art. Their work investigates the intersections of language, performance, and visual culture, focusing on how historical texts shape contemporary debates on dissent, media, and collective experience. Recent research engages 17th-century radical movements, reworking archival writings through performance, drawing, and text.<a href="https://mariafusco.net" title="https://mariafusco.net" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Professor Maria Fusco</a> is a Northern Irish working-class writer. She is the author of eight books and writer-director of four largescale performance works, her writing is translated into ten languages. She holds a personal chair in Interdisciplinary Writing at the University of Dundee and from January 2026, she is Director of the Scottish Graduate School of Arts &amp; Humanities. mariafusco.net<a href="http://sarahtripp.com" title="http://sarahtripp.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Dr Sarah Tripp</a> is a lecturer on the MFA programme at The Glasgow School of Art. Her research is concerned with contemporary art practice, writing, publishing and pedagogical experimentation. She has worked with doctoral students and postgraduate students to evolve pedagogy in line with their interests and is interested in many kinds of relational practice, including reading and writing.
