<h3>FOR SUPPORTERS AND MEMBERS ONLY</h3> Share and Learn Sessions bring together likeminded people managers to discuss employment practice, share any challenges they may be facing and hear how other organisations implement good practice.During this event we will look at the legislative changes around paternity leave, bereaved partner's paternity leave and unpaid parental leave under the Employment Rights Acts 2025, as well as good employment practice around creating 'family-friendly' workplaces.We will be delivering this session in partnership with Acas and are delighted to be joined by Helen Houghton (Senior Adviser), and Karen Lester, (Trainer).
