A still moment of reflection.

This guided event invites you to breathe, be still, and reconnect with yourself as the winter season gives us time and space to pause in comfort. It is a gentle invitation to step away from the rhythm of daily life and into a space where time softens, creating room for clarity, calm, and authentic connection with yourself.

Our facilitator will hold space for reflections on what has been. This is an opportunity to acknowledge, celebrate, and release what you no longer need, and to shape the intentions that will quietly sustain you as the year unfolds.

Join us in this liminal moment of wintering calm to share restoration and reconnection through a thoughtfully curated sequence of guided meditation, breath work, and an immersive sound bath. The session draws on Tibetan singing bowls, intuitive sound textures, and lyrical vocalisation, offered with care and sensitivity by The Still Room's internationally trained facilitator.

This gathering reflects The Still Room Studio’s values of stillness, authenticity, curiosity, connection, community, lightness, and gentle contribution. You are welcome exactly as you are.
