Balancing the 7 Chakras - Online Constellations Group Workshop

Warm welcome,

In this workshop we will explore the chakra system utilising constellations method.

Chakras are the energetic centres in the human body that correspond to organs, emotions, feelings, belliefs, etc. Chakras are fluid and often minor or major changes in our lives may bring disharmony and imbalance.

This is a series of 7 online group sessions and each workshop will focus on 1 of the chakras starting from the 1st the Root chakra and ending with 7th the Crown chakra.

You are welcome to join all 7 session or as many as you wish, according to your own interest.

Each session will be an opportunity for all participants to look into their own energetic system and to see what is out of balance and to initiate movement towards harmony and health.

What are Family and Systemic Constellations?

Family and Systemic Constellations method was developed by Bert Hellinger in the early 90’s and it draws on the elements of family systems therapy to reveal a previously unrecognised systemic dynamics that span multiple generations in a given family. Family Constellations is a simple modality that helps reveal obstacles, limitations and entanglements that may stop us from living the life we want. Constellations can help with issues such as: personal relationships, family and organisational difficulties, financial issues, personal and professional relationships physical and mental health issues (addiction, depression, anxiety, anger, etc.) and many other challenges.

• By signing up to any of my sessions and workshops you agree to co-create a safe, inclusive, respectful and confidential space for everyone in the group
• By booking this and any other constellations workshops you are making your own personal assessment that you can take emotional care of yourself
• Due to the intense emotionally nature of constellations work by joining you agree to take full responsibility for your emotional, mental, spiritual and physical wellbeing before, during and after the group, which also means contacting me if you require assistance.

Time: 17:00 hrs BST (British Summer Time) / 18:00 hrs Central European Time

Finish time approximately: 19:30 hrs BST / 20:30 hrs CET

Duration: approximately 2.5 hours (including short breaks)

INVESTMENT:

Participantion: £11per person per workshop - Early Bird Ticket

Standard cost: £22 per person per workshop

£75 for all 7 sessions

Group: There is a space for a group of approximately 12 -14 people.

Cancellation policy:

– Cancellation with more than 2 weeks notice – refund given, may exclude booking fees

– Cancellation made within 2 – 1 weeks of the workshop – half the fee is refunded

– Cancellations made with less than 1 week notice – no refund given
