Using conscious, connected breathing, Caroline’s sessions support nervous system regulation, emotional release and deep relaxation, creating space for clarity, love and joy. Sessions are suitable for all levels, with no prior experience needed, and participants are guided to move at their own pace.Please note: These sessions are not suitable for anyone with a heart condition or pacemaker, during pregnancy, or for under-16s.Please note, photography and videography will be taking place at the event, please let a member of the team know if you wish not to be included.
