Overview

Our Art Empower session is for Female , Transgender and Non-binary individuals - exploring identity, self-esteem and expression through art.

Our Art Empower session is for Female , Transgender and Non-binary individuals aged 11 - 18 (if you are over 18 please look at our to attend our Neuro -Art adult session please contact us before booking)

This is a space to be creative and explore different themes, the session is led by Hannah a theraputic Arts practitioner.

An adult / Parent / Ally must attend the session with you (if under 18 ) and remain in the venue at all times in a seperate area.If you are over 18 you are welcome to ask a p.a or parent to attend if you wish.

Staff from PACT will be available to talk to.

A space for Parents / Carers/P.a's to get a cuppa and chat to each other and our team while session goes ahead.

If you are new to PACT, these sessions are a way to find out what we’re about and to connect with others.

PRICE:Free for each person - spaces must still be booked, (this session isn't open for siblings)

This event is for Families/People registered with PACT .

There are refreshments available.

VENUE / PARKING

Hare street youth centre has limited spaces on site and more spaces can be found in a nearby car par

Please note the on street parking is controlled / need resident permits / please check if using a Blue badge

There are toilets in the venue, including a disabled toilet.

What Happens

There is a video below that explains about the building and the team below.

Hannah and Chloe will prepare the room with art materials to choose from.

There is a table we sit around together, you can get up and move around in the space as you wish and go and find your parent if you want to at any time.

There is usually an activity/medium and project theme that we are working on, however there is flexibilty and its ok to make choices.

Sessions opens at 10 am - if you arrive before this time please wait outside building or come into the kitchen area to wait

PACT Team will be waiting to check you in - we will have a list of names people booked on so no need to bring proof of booking.

the session lasts for an hour and we will give a five minute warning before the session ends, there will be time for you to bring in your Parent/ Carer into our Art space to share your work if you want to.

Session ends at - Please leave the venue at this time.
