We're excited to welcome you to an aviation experience at Shobdon Airfield, also including the 1940s Weekender!

Welcome to Shobdon AirFest '26 Featuring the 1940s Weekender!

Get ready for an fun day filled with fixed wing aircraft from across the ages, gliders, helicopters, microlights and gyrocopters and more!

This year we have

• Vintage cars and vehicles,
• 1940's Weekender, including military vehicles, Axis and Alley's tented encampment, Re-enactments, traders and stall holders
• Vintage band and music
• Hangar tours
• Morris Dancing!
• Street food
• Bouncy castle
• Face painting
• Parachuting team

Some on site activities and Food & Drink available as an additional purchases while you are on site. Accessible toilets available.

For safety reasons, we are only able to admit Assistance Dogs to the site only. No other pets will be admitted.
