No prior experience needed, just a willingness to be present and human.</h3>💗Upstairs with Shakti An embodied connection workshop exploring presence, awareness, and connection through movement. Optional touch may be offered and is always consent-based. Step into your body and out of your mind. Experience how simple practices of somatic awareness enhance presence, pleasure and pave the way for heartful, safe and authentic connection both on and off the dance-floor.💗Downstairs with Anja An authentic relating style verbal connection workshop offering simple and practical communication and listening practices for real world connection. Rest in Love – The Art of Receiving: This workshop is an invitation into deep, human connection through presence, honesty, and being witnessed. Through gentle, guided practices, participants are invited to share from lived experience, our stories, longings, desires, challenges, and victories - not to fix or analyse, but to be seen and met as we are. At the heart of this session is the practice of receiving: being listened to without interruption, being seen without performing, and being acknowledged in our humanity. We will explore: Speaking from the heart, Listening with presence, Being witnessed in vulnerability and aliveness, Receiving simple, grounded acknowledgement. Through conscious communication and authentic relating practices, we reconnect with what’s real beneath our social masks - remembering that our stories matter &amp; our longings are human.<h3>5:45–7:30pm | Ecstatic Dance Journey: musical vibe to be announced</h3>💗Upstairs: A long-form ecstatic dance held by Ecstatic Dance London. Through her singing, her intention is to guide you on a journey of reconnection and self-discovery, reuniting you with the source of who you are! For the past 25 years, her life has been dedicated to exploring and teaching the way of full-bodied spirituality and sacred intimacy, synthesising trainings and teaching in conscious dance, kundalini yoga, bodywork, meditation, authentic relating and tantra. A potent creatrix and initatrix, Shakti has birthed her own Dancing the Goddess, Dancing with Eros and intuitive yoga practices, alongside multiple courses to elevate the feminine and unify eros and spirituality. This is one of the very few spaces where Londoners can go out dancing in London in a safe and clean sober space. Please respect this, and please don't come drunk or high as you will be refused entry or asked to leave. No refunds!***📌Dancers enter at their own risk. Ecstatic Dance London accepts no responsibility for spontaneous joy, open-heartedness or sore cheeks from too much smiling (we also accept no liability or responsibility for any injury, loss or damage).PRACTICE SPECIFICS: Warm-up: stretch, move/dance and reflect on the intention for the dance to a gentle sound wave. The Practice: freestyle dancing to a large sound wave featuring Live DJ set. Some guidance &amp; facilitation will be provided.
