Do I need any experience with sound baths or meditation?

No experience is needed. This session is suitable for complete beginners as well as those familiar with sound healing. You’ll be guided throughout - all you need to do is lie down and relax.

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Everything you need will be provided, including yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows. You’re welcome to bring anything extra that helps you feel comfortable, such as a water bottle or a cosy layer.

Question 3

What happens during the sound bath?

Accepted Answer

You’ll lie down comfortably while waves of therapeutic sound from gongs, crystal bowls, and other instruments guide you into a deeply relaxed state. There’s no movement or effort required - simply rest and receive.

Question 4

Is this suitable if I’m feeling stressed, anxious, or tired?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sound baths are particularly supportive for stress, nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep rest. Many people attend to unwind, reset, and reconnect with themselves.

Question 5

Can I arrive late?

Accepted Answer

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in. Once the session has started, late entry is not permitted, as it can disrupt the experience for others.
