Book Launch & Open Mic | Emergency Dream by Polly Atkin
Overview
Growing out of several entangled emergencies, Polly Atkin's new poetry collection Emergency Dream seeks to show the inextricability of Climate Justice and Disability Justice, drawing on close observation of the natural world and the human world from the position of a disabled bodymind within it.
Join us on Zoom to hear Polly sharing poems from the book to celebrate its publication. She’ll be joined by special guest Katie Hale and you can also get involved through our open mic!
Tickets for the event are free and everyone is welcome. There are only a limited number open mic tickets though, so sign up quick if you’d like to take part as these will be first come first served.
We hope you can join us!
