A vibrant LGBT+ History Month event with talks, workshops, and family-friendly activities celebrating identity, history, and community.

Celebrate LGBT+ History Month with Croydon Pride and Mama G! Get ready for a fun, uplifting storytime for the whole family with the amazing Mama G! Enjoy original stories of LGBT history, songs, dancing, and giggles as we celebrate being who you want and loving who you are.When: Saturday 28 FebruaryTime: 12:30-13:15Where: The Event Rooms, 3-7 Middle Street, Croydon, CR0 1RETickets: FreeBonus: Free snacks and drinks!Described as "Everyone's favourite pantomime dame," (Metro), Mama G has been telling stories since 2018. In that time she has been a semi-finalist on Britain's Got Talent, performed her show Off-Broadway, and performed at libraries, festivals, prides, museums and theatres all over the UK. Her book 'Oh Yes I Am!' was published in 2024 and is available wherever you buy books!This event is made possible thanks to grant funding from Croydon Council – huge thanks for supporting Croydon’s LGBTQIA+ community!
