Introduction to Cherry Branch Maps (Summer Term 2026) (Southwark schools)

This training provides an overview of the Cherry Garden Branch Maps, an assessment tool for children with SEND.

Content includes:

- Overview of the Branch maps and how they can be used to support learning

- Accessing the maps via Tapestry and how to record assessments on Tapestry

- The Engagement model

- Monitoring & Progression

Please note we are unable to record the sessions, however we send out the slides after each session.

The training is delivered over three sessions:

Session 1: Introduction to Cherry Garden Branch Maps: Tuesday 21st April 2026 1:30-2:30

Session 2: Follow up session - Tuesday 12th May 2026 1:30-2:30

Session 3: Monitoring and Progression - Tuesday 9th June 2026 1:30-2:30
