Responding to a disclosure of sexual violence - 1/2 day online

This half day training is for any practitioner who may work with a survivor of any form of sexual violence, abuse or harassment.

Delivered by experienced Rape Crisis professionals, it will support you in working with clients who have experienced sexual violence, ensuring you can respond to disclosures safely and effectively.

Learning Outcomes include:

Widened understanding of the term 'disclosure of sexual violence' Increased knowledge of impacts and barriers to disclosures
Increased confidence in responding appropriately to a disclosure of sexual violence
Increased awareness of appropriate referral pathways following a disclosure of sexual violence


The course is experiential, supported by case study materials that will enable you to put into practice the skills and approach we will discuss.
