What do I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes for dancing. We dance with no shoes , but you are welcome to bring socks . bring layers to make you comfortable

I’ve never done this before

If the only dancing you’ve done was after a few drinks and this is your first sober dance event - worry not! You will be guided through the new environment by grounding meditation, guided interactions and words of encouragement. All you need to do is surrender to the rhythm and flow with me.

What about the venue?

We are gathering in a church with tall beautiful ceiling , small outdoor garden and wooden floor. There will be soft light and some UV light and fairly loud music.

What to expect from sound bath?

For the sun bath, we will be laying down on the floor on the mat covered with blankets while listening and surrendering to the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls. Duration will be around 30 min , enough to give you deep relaxation and healing ♥️

What’s cacao ceremony?

Ceremony of cacao is gathering together and sharing ceremonial grade cacao as a medicine to open and heal our hearts and to connect with each other in a form or guided meditation and a ritual. It’s bitter and strong, gathered in South America by local tribes with singing, love and appreciation.

Are there any rules ?

The most important role is strictly no alcohol or drugs. We party consciously while completely sober. we dance barefoot but socks are welcome. No talking or phones on the dance floor. If you want to chat or have a break - there will be space to do that
