Eye Youth & Community Centre

Eye Gets Green is a club for young people (12 – 16 years) from Eye or nearby villages, where they can get creative and be green at the same time.It’s a set of six creative workshops/sessions. These next set of sessions feature drawing and photography.Over the six weeks, the young people will explore mark making, drawing to scale, memory drawing, photography techniques, photographing and drawing on location. They will create work that will be part of an outdoor exhibition in Eye, late May/early June 2026.Each week is led by illustrator, artist and photographer Emily Bowers.Join this workshop and try photography on location – Take part in a warm up game and looking at photography techniques.This session will involve taking photos outdoors.All materials will be provided.FREEMonday 6th &amp; 13th April - 6-8pmEye Youth Club and Community Centre, Crowland road, PE6 7TNPlease note: You don't need to sign up to every week, just come along to whichever you can and want to attend.* If attending Week 4, 5 and 6, please be advised the young people will be drawing or photographing at an outdoor location in Eye. The start and end venue will the Eye Youth club, so the young person can be dropped off and picked up from there.
