Rail Trail Wellbeing Walks

Join us for refreshing walks along the beautiful Rail Trail! It's a perfect way to boost your wellbeing with good company and stunning scenery. Whether you're looking to de-stress, get some gentle exercise, or just enjoy the outdoors, these in-person walks are for you. Lace up your shoes and come along for a friendly, relaxed stroll!

As part of these wellbeing walks, you are invited to participate in a research study exploring the impact of the walks on wellbeing. If you choose to take part, you will complete a short questionnaire before and after the walk using a QR code. You are very welcome to attend the walk, even if you decide not to participate in the research.
