STEM Under the Stars - Sherwood Observatory Planetarium & Science Centre

An immersive evening with real-world STEM demonstrations, collaborative learning and informal networking for local STEM professionals.

This is a free event designed exclusively for participants in the Ashfield STEM Boost Programme and local STEM professionals. Using the observatory’s specialist facilities, the evening treats astronomy as a live case study for how science, technology, engineering and maths intersect in practice.

Complimentary drinks and light refreshments will be available throughout the event.

Commissioned by Ashfield District Council, this event forms part of the Ashfield STEM Boost programme, supporting those who play a direct role in skills development, careers guidance and local STEM progression.
