Ruils and SEND Family Voices

Ruils are happy to invite you to an online session on how to be an independent employer. These sessions will run each quarter and dates will be formalised a month in advance.This session will introduce people who are becoming an IE to the following topics; it is also a great chance for those who currently employ PA’s to brush up on their skills and knowledge:<ul><li>Employment legislation</li></ul><ul><li>Writing a good Job Description</li></ul><ul><li>Interviews</li></ul><ul><li>Inductions</li></ul><ul><li>Supervision</li></ul><ul><li>Boundaries</li></ul><ul><li>Disciplinary &amp; Grievances</li></ul><ul><li>Health &amp; Safety incl. risk assessments.</li></ul> We are happy invite a total of 20 people across Richmond and Wandsworth to attend these sessions. Please note this session will be cancelled if we have less than 5 attendees.
