This event is all about highlighting the importance of mental health for men in our community. It is also a day to connect with others and hear speakers from the community talking about their experiences. There will be activities like woodwork, a walk and talk, a chance to get your hair cut by a barber and food will be served on the day aswell. This is an awareness raising event and we would like to invite as many of you to join us - all are welcome. Let's connect, chat, learn and have a good time.See you there!
