Join us for an immersive evening that blends the stillness of meditation, the healing vibrations of a sound bath, and the uplifting energy of ethnic-inspired ecstatic dance featuring live flute, global rhythms and music from India and Jamaica, to Nigeria with genres like Reggae, Dub, Hi-Life and more. This unique experience is designed to guide you inward, awaken your spirit, and connect you to a sense of flow, freedom, and joy. Let rhythm, breath, and sound carry you on a transformative journey for body, mind, and soul.Guided by sound therapist, flautist and DJ , Tanya Ghayur, who has over 20 years of exprience with meditation and holistic healing. This is a safe space rooted in inclusivity and awareness and is POC friendly. Please respect others around you and the sanctity of the session.
