As an organisational charity (user-led) operating in and for the disabled community we need to highlight the need for more and better accessible public toilets in the Perth and Kinross area. <h2>🕚 11:00am — Welcome &amp; Arrival</h2><ul><li>Guests arrive, register, and get oriented.</li><li>Explore two giant board games set up around the venue.</li><li>Tea, coffee, and light refreshments available.</li></ul><p><br></p><h2>🕥 11:15am — Opening Remarks</h2><ul><li>Introduction to the <em><em>Toilets Around Perth</em></em> initiative.</li><li>Overview of Changing Places, accessibility goals, and community involvement.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>🌍 World Café Sessions<p>Participants rotate between four themed tables.Each table has hosts, prompts, and space for conversation, notes, and ideas.</p><p><br></p><h2>🔵 11:30am – 12:00pm — Round 1</h2><p>Choose one table to begin your journey:</p><p><br></p><h3>Table 1: Changing Places Toilets</h3><p>Explore the importance of fully accessible toilets and how they support dignity and independence.</p><p><br></p><h3>Table 2: Euan’s Guide</h3><p>Discuss how disabled people and carers use reviews to find accessible places — and how local venues can get involved.</p><p><br></p><h3>Table 3: Support Choices</h3><p>Conversations about personal assistance, independence, and different models of support.</p><p><br></p><h3>Table 4: The Comfort Scheme</h3><p>Discuss community partnerships to ensure access to public toilets in local businesses.</p><p><br></p><h3>Table 5: Centre for Inclusive Living Perth and Kinross</h3><p>Discuss the campaign and the toilet audits that CILPK have carried out.
