🌿 Aroma Yoga – Root Chakra
Aroma Yoga is a nourishing 1-hour yoga experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and restore balance through movement, breath and scent.
Each session focuses on one chakra, exploring its qualities through mindful yoga, guided breath and the therapeutic use of essential oils. The practice supports relaxation, emotional balance and a deeper connection with yourself: without pressure, analysis or the need to “do” anything.
This is a space to soften, reset your nervous system and realign: physically, emotionally and energetically.
Whether you’re feeling stressed, navigating change or simply craving a moment of presence, Aroma Yoga offers a grounded and accessible way to come back to yourself.
After the practise we will go for lunch together to socialise and make new friendships.

💫 About Your Facilitator – Aga
Aga is a certified Hatha Vinyasa yoga teacher, meditation guide and transformational coach passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, breath and deeper truth. She’s guided students through healing journeys in Mexico, Colombia, the UK and Spain.
Her sessions merge together yoga, breathwork, energy tools and aromatherapy to support emotional well-being, clarity, and embodiment. She also offers private coaching and an 8-week program for those busy- mind individuals seeking to create a life of deeper calm, confidence and clarity.
