It'll Never Work - In Person Event

A multi award winning and well received documentary film and talk through the highs, lows, laughs and challenges on the road to creating a commercially workable low impact fishing boat.

This Scottish film follows the real-life struggle of building the Lorna Jane, the UK's first electric commercial fishing boat. Set on Scotland's West coast in the scenic Argyll village of Tayvallich, this entertaining & insightful documentary maps the highs, lows, laughs and challenges in this ambitious venture as well as the determination and skillset of boat builder & fisherman Hans Unkles. A small film, but a powerful one.
