We all love carbs but don’t want compromise. If you’ve ever tried a gluten-free item that tastes like cardboard, you’ll know what we’re talking about. Embrace your inner carb-lover in this class and don’t hold back, as you learn from our Nutritionist and Coeliac, Molly, as she shares her best-kept-secret gluten-free recipes that don’t compromise on taste, texture or creativity. 

Whatever reason you choose to say no to gluten, whether for your own reasons or to support someone else, come along to this cooking class in Manchester to discover tasty new recipes, connect with others and learn tips and tricks to make gluten-free food the tastiest it’s ever been.

This workshop is suitable for all experience levels and offers a welcoming space to explore new cooking techniques with confidence!

Share the space and make friends with other gluten-free foodies also on their own journey, and come away sharing insights and stories on best practices, best recipes, and likely best recommendations on places to eat. And remember - *Every ticket purchased provides a hot meal for someone affected by food poverty* Guests are also welcome to bring along any unwanted kitchen equipment, which will be redistributed to local Greater Manchester community hubs.

Sweetcorn and halloumi fritters with chilli honey. A great recipe that's super social and ofcourse super tasty too! The only problem is not eating them all at once.
