Overview

Can't join us in person? Get involved online and experience the joy of voices raised together in song.

The Foundling Museum invites you to be part of something special: a joyful, participatory choral event celebrating Handel’s enduring legacy and the extraordinary power of collective music-making.

In partnership with Choir of the Earth, this one-day event brings together emerging musicians, music students, and members of the public for an unforgettable musical experience rooted in the Foundling Hospital’s historic relationship with music, community, and shared purpose.

What to Expect

11am – Voice Workshop
Start the day with a confidence-boosting vocal workshop designed to bring singers together, whether you’re a seasoned chorister or simply love to sing (no experience necessary and no audition required!)

In-Museum Performance
Singers will rehearse and perform inside the Museum itself or live-streamed-in from the comfort of their own home

The Grand Finale: Hallelujah!
The day culminates in a flashmob-style performance of Handel’s iconic Hallelujah Chorus outside the Museum (also livestreamed) - an uplifting moment of shared joy, open to the public

Sing With Us—From Anywhere
Can’t be there in person? Optional global virtual access allows singers around the world to take part via Choir of the Earth’s online community.
