No. This workshop is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Everything is clearly guided, and you are always in control of your own experience.

How does the session work with multiple people if the experience is so individual?

While the workshop takes place in a group setting, the experience itself is highly personal and internal. During the hypnotic journey, each participant is guided into their own inner experience, you are not interacting with others, and there is no pressure to “see” or experience anything specific.

What if I don’t “see” or feel anything during the journey?

Accepted Answer

That is completely okay. Experiences can show up as sensations, emotions, insights, memories, or simply a sense of calm or clarity. There is no right or wrong way to experience this work. But you can be surprised at how powerful this work is.

Will I be asked to share my experience?

Sharing is always optional. There may be gentle opportunities for reflection, but you are never required to speak or disclose personal experiences.

Kundalini Yoga prepares the body and nervous system for deeper inner work. Through breath, movement, and awareness, it helps open the higher chakras while keeping you anchored and regulated. This creates a stable foundation so insights can be received clearly and open-heartedly.

The practice is accessible to all levels, alternatives will be offered if needed, with options to rest. There’s no need to be flexible or experienced. The intention is not physical performance, but awareness, presence, and energetic opening.

What is the hypnotic journey like, and how does it work in a group?

Although the guidance is shared with the group, each person journeys inward individually, in their own subconscious. You remain fully conscious and in control at all times, and your experience unfolds in the way that is right for you, through images, sensations, emotions, or simple knowing.

Understanding your galactic or soul lineage can bring clarity around why you are the way you are. Many people gain insight into their sensitivities, gifts, challenges, and sense of purpose.

Channeling during this workshop will be offered as a group guidance at first. You are not being singled out or put on the spot. After the collective guidance, participants  may ask questions and receive personalised answers, but you are never required to ask or share, this is always optional.
